Tati Nuzi, aka Inez Barlatier, was honored by the City of North Miami on May 31st with an official proclamation: May 31st is now "Inez Barlatier Day." Her impact as a treasured citizen and Ayisyen culture bearer was celebrated as part of the City's 2024 Haitian Heritage Month festivities.
